Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by product depending on where the item is stocked:
- US-stocked items: 5–7 business days after shipment
- Partner-fulfilled items (ships from our global fulfillment network): 5–8 business days after shipment
International orders
For orders to Canada, Australia, and the EU, estimated delivery is 10–21 business days after shipment. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees charged by their local authority.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, contact us at csc@sweatcraze.com.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at csc@sweatcraze.com and we will investigate.
