Refund policy
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- In their original packaging
How to start a return
Email csc@sweatcraze.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Shapewear hygiene note
For hygiene reasons, shapewear and bodysuits should be tried on over your own undergarments. Items that show signs of wear, have tags removed, or are not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will email you confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for a different size. Email csc@sweatcraze.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges ship free, once per order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us at csc@sweatcraze.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no need to return damaged goods.
Sale items
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not cash refunds.
