Shipping
All orders ship from our US-based warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days; expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your SweatCraze pieces. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn item in its original condition with tags attached.
- Email us at returns@sweatcraze.com with your order number to start a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
- Exchanges for a different size ship free, one time per order.
For hygiene reasons, intimate shapewear must be tried on over your own undergarments. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
