Is shipping free on all items?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all items in the United States.

How long will it be before I receive my item?

We ship directly from top manufacturers around the globe. Items that are in US warehouse normally arrive within 5 - 7 business days. Items that are in warehouse overseas normally arrive within 7 - 14 business days.

Will I be provided a tracking number?

We provide tracking number on all items. We email you the tracking number so you do not have to visit our website to track your item.

What if I do not get my tracking number in the email?

We try our best to provide a tracking number to all of our customers. However, if you do not receive, you can contact us directly through blue facebook messenger tab on our website located at bottom right. If you do not like using messenger, you can contact us through Contact Us form located at the menubar.

Do I have an option for express delivery or can I expedite my shipping?

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping but we are actively working to make it possible in future. Our regular shipping is completely FREE.

How do I know if the item is shipped from US or warehouse overseas?

Most of the items are shipped from international overseas unless explicitly stated in the item description. If the item is in US warehouse, you should see US shipping in the item description.
