How does this work?

Normally I wait awhile before I make a review. I really had low expectations for this device. I thought it would break on first use or be too soft. Not at all! This worked out the knots in my sore forearms easily. I am not a small girl at all and this thing does the job.

I'm sad that it took me this long to try one of these out. My wrists and forearms are often in pain from constant computer use (graphic design) and my legs are often sore after Peloton workouts...This thin is amazing, I was very skeptical but it's simple and can be used easily by yourself. Amazed at how it can roll out all that muscle tension.
